WHAT DO OUR REPORTS INCLUDE AND COST?

Our statutory NHD report including California Tax Data cost $69.95 and include disclosures regarding FEMA Flood Zones, Dam Inundation Zones, Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zones, Wildfire Areas, Seismic Hazard Areas, and Earthquake Fault Zones.  We also include supplemental disclosures on Commercial and Industrial Land Proximity, Airport Influence Areas, Proximity to Military Ordnance, Mining Operations, among others.  

Our premium NHD report costs $99.95 and includes all of the statutory NHD report, California Tax Data and Environmental Reports.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REPORT?

Reports are only good for the sale transaction at the time of the report.
